Alan Bleiweiss: Are the services related somehow? Individual URL silos for each would be wise, with multiple pages for each if they are all important to you. And if the site is complex, all of those go in a single "services" silo typically. It just depends on how much related topical crossover there may or may not be. In some cases it could even be set up with two main services silos, with sub-association in each of those.
The balance of not going too deep or too wide is important.
