  I assume this result is the major reason my website not ranking for Internet Marketing related terms

  I had a Hindi Poems Blog on Blogger.
  It was popular, real popular for 2 years.
  I shifted my hindi blog to the custom domain knkayastha(dot)in.
  
  Last year, I started thinking about my Internet Marketing Profession.
  And I used the same LIVE & RUNNING DOMAIN for this purpose.
  Old Hindi Poetry were removed and the current website came into existence.
  But I am not able to get results for my SEO efforts.
  
  Is the below snippet related:domain the main reason? ;
  See all related sites which Google see is Hindi Poetry blogs.
  If so, is there any solution?
  Should I shift my domain instantly?

  You might want to change this to en_in.
  
  have you looked at your backlinks to see if a lot of poetry blogs/sites are linking to you?

  K Neeraj Kayastha: Yes, +Dave Elliott​ There are many backlinks from hindi poetry blogs, mainly from a hindi blog aggregator. Should I fully remove them?
  What change it will do if I change en_US to en_in?

  PromozSEO: The correlation and relevancy between backlinks affects ranking. If you have many links from poetry blogs with or without similar anchor texts that can be a reason. Try to remove those links and get new authority links from digital marketing, SEO, social media related niche blogs/sites with relevant or generic or branded anchor texts.
  en_US to en_in should not make any big difference until and unless you target only Indian audiences. I believe, og (Open Graph) is a Facebook property.

  Dave Elliott: Google plus can read og code which means Google can. So If you are trying to rank in India it's better to have correct information than incorrect. Probably won't make any difference but the more Google knows about your site the more likely is to get everything right! You look like you are using yoast so it's easy enough to change.
