Preparing a strategy for SEO campaig

Anyone has any good tips on how to prepare a SEO strategy to present? What to include?I prepared traffic volumes for each regional site based on the focused keywords, like an estimate how much a traffic will/should increase, I will prepare list of topics we a site should cover, together with the main terms, then also a few tips how to improve the site, including content optimisation, improving ux and similar. Any other useful tips? Thanks!
