  • E Dieter Martin: It says review, which means you can update and decline the changes. At least that`s what I could do when I saw outside updates on my listings.
  • Tim Capper: First step:

Check who you have given access to - check settings and app access, remove access

Check if any directories have these hours stated.

If you provide me a link to the map listing - I can escalate this if it happens again, they should then be able to block if malicious
  • Dave Elliott: i had the same thing happen a couple of days ago. i just edited it back. if it happens again i`ll talk to our google rep.
  • Tim Capper: For sure but if you have provided access (signed in with Google Account) then their API will just change back - they cant block this from back end - you have to remove access

With so many sites allowing sign in options this would be my 1st go to check
  • Dave Elliott: Nah. No one has access. The messaging Google says it was either a user or or an automated system that requested the changes
