Optimizing Meta Title

optimizing meta title does target keyword must need to be an exact match?for example, my target keyword is: "CBD Isolate Tincture" (which have a higher search volume) and the keyword in the meta title are: "CBD Isolate Mint Tincture" (as my client product name is the same so i`ve placed keyword as the original product name in meta)

Don`t rest your hopes on composing the perfect title. It won`t happen.
