I've had a ton of clients I've consulted with that would love to get 500 per month, and depending on their CONTENT and AMOUNT OF QUALITY/RELEVANT PAGES and LINKS TO THOSE PAGES, you can get the numbers you are looking for.

But I want to you people to share ideas that which OFF PAGE activity is much more beneficial to get traffic. I know most of you say "BLOG" but except blog Can anyone share his ideas which off page activity is more effective ?

  It depends on your site, what budget you have and a whole host of other things.
  
  Signing up to very niche directories is still worthwhile. e.g. directories that only deal with your market sector or locality and let you add original information about the business and provide their own original content.
  
  Outreaching with bloggers could and should still be done. e.g. can you send them a product for review. You can't ask them specifically to give you a link or to what but if you are careful and pick your bloggers well then it is still a useful tactic.
  
  Finding outdated content on a subject that your site should be an authority on and providing high quality refreshed and updated content can prove to be effective as well.
