Linking Google+ account to my site

Hi Guys

I have a Google+ account i have linked with my site.

But when i make a search for my company name "Print.dk" then the info box in right side dont show up. I have make a search for "Print.dk vesterbrogade 136A" to get it to show up.

A seo guy told me that it could be because my company name is to short, so they include the adress, but it works for "IKEA" and SONY"

Have i done something wrong in my markups or Google+ or is it just the way it works?

  • Dave Elliott: can't see it being a length issue. 'the aa' and 'ebay' don't have a problem.

    I'm wondering if the dot is an issue or if there are a number of similarly named businesses so Goolge needs the town before it is prepared to display the information.
  • Edwin Jonk: I don't get the knowledge panel for the query ikea.dk or ebay.dk on google.dk. Maybe the brandname "Print" is a too common word.
  • Kapil Bhardwaj: Yes your right +Edwin Jonk ;. The Print name is so common problem.. I have many client and they use some famous company name in his company name. And after that the also face same problem.... ;
  • Ben Carew: I had this problem when I first set up a G+ page for a client without a common (or too short) name. Typing the company name into google search didn't show the RH box. I put it down to the fact that the G+ page was too new. If Google showed this immediately after a G+ page setup it could indicate too easy a "cause effect" relationship to the user; something they certainly try to avoid.
    [I'm speculating here]
    Maybe check the G+ page again for errors and wait a week.
  • Suraj Gadage: +Ron Stauffer ;I could see the KW panel with the search query print[space]dk
