  Abraxi Taxi: After about a year of seriously joining G+ and mostly the SEO communities I have concluded that SEO is like religion.While many agree that original content is Supreme,others tend to have varying opinions on anything else.So very mystical;yet addicting.Anyone else experiencing my religious fervor?

  Dave Elliott: Its not a religion as it requires logic and there is tangible proof(ie do this and rankings improve). However despite the large ammounts of data it is very difficult to definitively prove anything,especially with the laws of physics(Google)changing on a daily basis. Therefore I say its a softish science like phycology or anthropology or philosophy.

  Anyhow my point was that SEO is addicting and it can be a bit fuzzy.Seems many are fanatical about so the reference to religious fervor is all.
