Is Google smart enough to know that these two address are the same?

1234 State road 54
new port richey FL 34652

and

1234 FL-54
new port richey FL 34652

because I`ve learned when creating citations it is important that everything is consistent. When creating all my citations I used "State road 54" but i noticed on my google+ page it automatically changed the address to "FL-54" does this count as an inconsistency? or is Google now smart enough to know its the same address?

I use "state road 54" for everything, except the one place google+ where they changed it automatically. ?

Google lists me as West Berkshire but this is wrong as i am just Berkshire in all my citations and i have no issues ;
