Registering two addresses on Google my business

  Neeraj Pandey: Hi community & +Tim Capper,
  I am working on a brand website of which there are two locations so before me someone else added both locations with the same name ( brand name) in Google my business.
  Now if I type the brand name Google picks up one address but I want our other address to appear.
  More, we added 2 address with same name in gmb Google picking up 1 but I want 2 to appear with updated photo.
  Now, I don't know who registered that and how to correct this , I have used feedback so many times but it didn't work.

  This is the correct way to label businesses with the same name.
  
  If the brand is PinkElephant then their business locations should also be called PinkElephant.
  
  So the problem you have is that Google is showing PinkElephant (A) in the KP but you want PinkElephant ( B) to show in KP.
  
  Without knowing the site, there are a couple of  ;possibilities why Google thinks A is better then B.
  
  Business Citations and other mentions online : Build up the business citations or B
  
  Site structure: Is A being mentioned, linked to more  ;within the site?  ;Is it perhaps linked within the G+ social icon, is it the first on page in list of location page, is the correct map embedded, is it used as rel=publisher  ;

  Neeraj Pandey: OK +Tim Capper . I will check this throughout the website but do you think anyone can link to us on our address? I didn't see this anywhere in my website still I will recheck this . second point if don't find like this then how to deal with this? Actually I tell you it was our old office it may have been registered in Google then we registered our new office too. Then the Seo caretaker left and I don't know who created this listing so now how to deal with this

  So are you saying you have a business page for an Old address that is still appearing ?

  Neeraj Pandey: Yeah +Tim Capper I think I will tell the name in hang out if I am able to join becoz from home my net is not good. By the way, 2 locations 1 old and 1 new for the same brand.. The problem is that I don't know the user ID from which they were added. Now on brand name query in knowledge graph old 1 appears with our small office. However we still have that office but for support. I am not expert in gmb so wandering what would be the best way to deal with this. If anyone searches our brand name, our old office appears with detail but we want our new office to appear so could you tell me how to make this change? Thanks
