Irrelevant search term

Hello Experts,

I am running Google adwords campaign for a website. My client reported that they got irrelevant call or apply. And I noticed so many irrelevant search term. While I have added them as negative KW. Still those kws are shows in search term. Can you tell me how to avoid this irrelevant search and get more accurate search and conversion?
