Image/buttons at the bottom of the page

Hey, just doing a bit of competition analysis and came across a question. If you take a look at their SEO services page here: https://www.pureseo.co.nz/services/search-engine-marketing/ What would the reasoning be behind having the image/buttons at the bottom of the page (as shown below) where the "search engine optimization" box links to the current page (which is about search engine optimization? Is it simply a user experience thing? where it is incase the viewer doesn`t realize they are on the seo service page? or is it part of siloing or something different entirely. Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!
