Dani Lad: you can get traffic from no-follow also you should make no-follow links must to show google that your bakclinks are natural because if we just make dofollow links the it will harmful
Tarek Dinaji: If its on an authority site it will help you passively. Recently google disclosed that they do go over no-follow link. So if your target link do not have a no-index in it the bot will recrawl your target link even it is a no-follow link.
Steve Gerencser: Links help you with "traffic". If you are looking at links for any other purpose then you will generally be disappointed. If you think about traffic as the goal of links then whether it is followed or no-followed is irrelevant.
