I want to enter the US market with a new .com domai

Hey guys, we have a successful .com.au shopify ecommerce store and want to enter the US market with a new .com domain. Any issues from a SEO perspective with just duplicating the .com.au exactly and launching a new .com site in the US?

Matthew Tatem: duplicated content would be the biggest issue....you could try canonical urls to overcome that issue
