I have lost all my g pluses, facebook likes and tweet count

Hi everyone. I have migrated from my blogger domain name (blogspot) to custom domain name (.com) After doing that I have lost all my g pluses, facebook likes and tweet count. Is there any way to retrieve that? I will appreciate any help. Thanks. :)
