  I am not an expert but I think googlebot swallows almost anything it encounters and Google indexes almost everything that is not complete rubbish.
  
  I'm confident it would be indexed but only rank for a specific query. I think the question is more about whether you would want the page to be indexed.
  
  If the map and a little text was all that was on the url and you had many like it, there is the possibility that you might lose sitewide traffic under the Panda regime. Other people might have a different opinion on this. ;
