I have a poorly performing focus page

Hi everyone! Super DUMB q. sorry in advance..I have a poorly performing focus page that I need to do better. It has a poorly names url that doesn`t reflect my primary keyword for the page. This page name is years old now. will it hurt my rankings pretty non existent or improve it to match the keyword phrase? want to change it From: /personal-coaching/ To: /life-coach-in-london I so appreciate your help!

Jayasanker Jayakrishnan: No problems. If you have any traffic or links coming to the original page, a 301 redirect will permanently redirect them to the new page. If your original page (website) is on wordpress, (CMS) you can do that with a redirect plugin or yoast paid. Otherwise, you need a developer help to rewrite htacess on the backend.

Eva Brown: Use htaccess to go from old URL to new URL. And change each and everything in your shit. Since your site already not setup for SEO purpose so redesigning will not affect so much.
