Competitor still ranks higher

hey guys, again I need a bit of help. Competitor backlink audit didn`t reveal anything extraordinary good in terms of quality links. also, they have less text and overall slow page.but, still are ranked higher. what am I missing here? except facebook devilish mentions. p.s efforts in creating new backlinks are in place.

Katarina Lujak: ok, let`s take that as a fact, still what would be a differentiating factor between theese two, overall low ranking and weak sites.
Dave Elliott: it probably just hasn`t rated the domain. a - is different from a zero normally....

That said I agree with Becky, ignore the rating and look at individual metrics. if it isn`t the backlink profile that is an issue then look at the on-page optimisation and if there is anything technically mucking up either indexing or the content being seen properly.
