I forgot to turn on noindex while developing my new site

I forgot to turn on noindex while developing my new site on a subdomain, so it started ranking. Now I killed it and moved to real domain, but can still see the old site when I google. Turned on redirect for the subdomain to the main domain, so old links will take you to main domain. Should I do anything else?
