how do I get listed for the related keywords?

My business is listed in the local map pack for the keyword phrase that I selected when I setup my google business page. I noticed that a few competitors are listed with varying keyword phrases and I`m not listed for those keywords. Where do these signals come from and how do I get listed for the related keywords? I do have the varying keyword services listed on my website so it appears the signals are being pulled from google business listing but I`m unable to add these services to the google business listing categories.?
