  • Dumb SEO Questions: Hi  ;- what is the url?
  • Marty Eigner: Panda doesn't normally remove URLs from the index it just lowers their rankings.
  • Suraj Gadage:  ;Sometime it becomes a nightmare to discover your website has been penalized by Google. Not all declines in rankings/visits are caused by penalties but only a fraction of those. ;

    The easiest way to identify a Google Penalty is with the help of Google Webmasters Tools. You need to sign into your GWT account, click on ->‘Search Traffic’ -> ‘Manual Actions.’ Google will either display a message stating “No manual webspam actions found” indicating that your website is safe from any algorithmic or manual penalty or it will display the type of penalty applied along with proper instructions as to how.

    Another way is to log into analytics and find out the date when organic loss in traffic was witnessed. Find out if there was any Google update launched on that date like the Penguin or the Panda. If yes, then surely your site was affected by the update that was launched at that particular point of time.

    You can also determine a penalty simply by entering your domain name on Google and seeing whether your site ranks in the first page for that query. In this case your website is ranking at pos 4. I'm sniffing something over here.

    Let me know what do you find after checking above mentioned points. ;
  • Suresh Kumar: I read an article lately and found exactly what I'm looking for. My website was De Indexed due to Server Issue. I have to Reset my website and Submit sitemap to GWT.

    I hope I'm Right about it...!
    This is the URL. That's my URL
  • Suraj Gadage:  ;De-indexed due to server issue? Are you sure about it?
  • Suresh Kumar:  ;I guess  ;yes. I've been checking out for issues on GWT since Panda Update. But got none. And I did faced this server issue earlier. ;
    So, I strongly hope it as De Indexing. ;
  • Suraj Gadage:  ;I hope your issues get's resolved soon.
