Google is not indexing my recent posts

Hello Again Dear friends,

Do anyone have any idea why google don t index my recent posts i published in my web site, it could be said that this task could take little time to let Google crawlers get into my site.But i do a test publishing a post and then fetch it on GWM and then post that link in Google to see if it`s going to appear in results after i use Google cash , but nothing happens.is there any service that letting me ping or speed up the crawling proccess ?I have attached some pic about thIS ISSUE as an additional information for you.

  • PromozSEO: Have you updated your XML sitemap file after creating the new page and have you resubmitted it on GWT? Do also place some innerlinks to the newly created page from couple of already indexed and ranked pages. Additionally fetch those old pages using Fetch as Google and when submitting to index, select crawl this and linked pages.

    Bookmark the new URL, share it on Twitter, G+, FB etc, build couple of good backlinks on frequently re-crawled & re-indexed webpages.

    Fetch as Google is a super handy option of GWT to let Google know about a new URL but does not guarantee immediate indexing.
