CSS for the above the fold content

Is it actually worth to inline the css for the above the fold content ?
Are there really great improvements ?
I found a tool which automatically generates it.

Webado C Webada: No idea if it will improve anything really, but I suspect it will at least please the checker tools. I`ve not bothered with this aspect of mobile usability so far. One of these days when I`ve got nothing better to do.
