New Relic application performance management tool

Hey everybody,

We use the New Relic application performance management tool and it is artificially inflating our lead totals in Adobe Analytics. We`ve tried identifying the bot but it doesn`t self-identify as a user agent in our log files.

Any ideas on how we can identify it to exclude it from our analytics? Thanks so much!

Shawn Cohen: 2 things as follow up: We've tried excluding IP addresses but we've maxed out how many we can exclude b/c New relic rotates them daily. We're open to another monitoring tool, preferably one that identifies through the user agent. Thanks!
