Can an URL be masked/mapped?

Can an URL be masked/mapped to appear to search engines that`s it`s on a different domain? Some client desk services require you to setup access to their platform on a subdomain of their domain or even your subdomain. I`d prefer to not have Google see that visitors are leaving the main site when they navigate to the client desk.
