Do i no index these images/post types as they are thin content?

Evening people. i will try my best to explain this the best i can. i have just done a site: search on my site, and google is showing that i have 1200 pages indexed. It looks to me that i am indexing alot of image pages like https://hippyclothingshop.co.uk/recycled-sari-strapless-long-dress-split/ When i click on the edit button i am taken to my media folder in wordpress. The Yoast advance cog wheel is showing the following Meta robots index Default for this post type, currently: index Meta robots follow follow Meta robots advanced Site-wide default: None at present i have 322 pages submitted to google and 258 images. so... 1/ Do i no index these images/post types as they are thin content? 2/ Can i change the default settings to no index them all or do i need to them 1 by 1? 3/ what are the other implications of no indexing these images/post types
