Why analytics is only showing referral traffic?

Analytics is not showing direct, organic or paid traffic and only showing referral traffic which is spam from social buttons . com etc.. WHY IS THAT?
the tracking code has been placed correctly and it says "Status: Receiving Data" . I am not sure why it`s not showing other traffic when the website is ranking on first page for dozens of high competition keywords and good adwords spend.
ANY IDEA GUYS?

Rotimi Orimoloye: Is your Analytics account linked with Webmasters Tools and AdWords?
Check Acquisition -> SEO -> Queries
also check Acquisition -> AdWords -> Search Queries.

Look at BOTH "Impressions" as well as "Clicks"

Since your webpages are ranking, these will show you whether your sites are being shown to users on search but they are not clicking through. Analytics will only record visits of users/browsers who load your tags. ;
