  • Jan Stüber: Whats Bing ;D?
  • Suraj Gadage: In Bing Webmasters account, under Diagnostics & Tools you have 'Site Move' tool.  ;Use this tool to tell Bing that you have moved and permanently redirected your site (or a section of your site) to a new location. ;

    Albeit, permanently redirecting your Site/URLs (from http to https) using 301 redirects is sufficient for Bing to understand that you want the new URLs to be indexed instead of the old ones and this normally happens automatically, the 'Site Move' tool can help expedite this process.
  • Paul Davis: Rings and stuff people wear wot cant pronounce their 'L's' Jus' wearing ma bing bro......
  • Amit Kumar: you can remove the "http" site from your account, then add the "https" site. Once you have done, you can use the Site Move tool.
  • Marty Eigner: So you have to delete the http version?
  • Luke Pilkinton-Ching: Would be interest in any SEO gains you notice.

  • Marty Eigner: I have come across this and I agree that it doesn't sound right. What about all the data like the links will they still be there. ;https://moz.com/community/q/how-do-i-add-https-version-of-site-to-bing-webmaster-tools
  • Suraj Gadage: +Marty Eigner ;If you ensure that your 301 redirects are in place then you will be able to preserve ;90-99% of link juice (ranking power).  ;If that's what you are concerned of.
  • Amit Kumar: I think you don't lose your if you already redirect your site from HTTP to HTTPS
