  Neeraj Pandey: OK then I don't know any black hat but I can tell you some points. Try to find out USP of your website, then go to local market forums, q&a websites, participate in some local events publish some quality articles in famous local websites and explain something about your website and it's quality. Also go to imp social media like Facebook Twitter Instagram create ur page attract people to follow you and time to time provide them something unique...

  On Page Assistant: I suggest to first look on-page. Traffic starts with the content that you provide on your website. If you don't put content which add value to the web, it is most likely that a large portion of the traffic that you generate will just flow down the drain.
  
  You need to know first what searchers are typing on Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines when looking for the product or service that you provide. If you are targeting wrong terms, it is most likely that you will never have free flowing traffic.
  
  Make sure your website is properly architected, correctly crawled, actually indexed, and properly cached because it will make traffic you get stick. Your content should provide value to the web because it attracts traffic after getting shared across many social platforms.
  
  After you make everything in place, connect with people who are likely going to be interested on what you provide. Show interest on what they provide and help them by providing great insights when asked to comment on what they're doing. You can get to forums but be sure not to overly promote your thing.
  
  As you do, off-page SEO, do it without SEO in mind. You can go create your pages on various social media platform and share anything related to your trade while building your base following. Just continue adding relevant content on your website and share them on social media so that your base will have something to look up to.
  
  While you can publish articles across many article submission sites, I don't advise on doing so at the moment. In most article submissions, we are always tempted to link on keywords but today, this will only do more harm than good. If the content you share gets syndicated across many non-related websites (worse if spammy sites), it is most likely that it will hurt your rankings.
  
  I also suggest to do HARO and help a reporter come up with a good content. This is rarely done but it will really provide you another opportunity to gain millions of free flowing traffic to your site. Just make sure you are contributing something pretty valuable so that the reporter will pick your suggestion and make a mention of you.
