Supplementary keywords research

How to do a "supplementary keywords" research? What I mean by "sup. keyw." is keywords related to the primary keyword. For example for "mortgage calculator", the supplementary keywords would be "amortization schedule", "payment plan", "mortgage payment formula", etc.

How would you search for such related keywords?
