  • Suraj Gadage: +Saurabh Rawat ;You can use automated translations but they must be blocked from indexing with the “noindex” robots meta tag. Google consider automated translations to be auto-generated content, so allowing them to be indexed would be a violation of Webmaster Guidelines.

I personally suggest avoid using automated translations as they can be inaccurate. In addition, search engines can consider your website to have low quality content, which will hurt your rankings, and undermine your credibility with users as well.  ;For multi-language website, I suggest to get the content written by a native content writer.

    Hope this helps!
  • Saurabh Rawat: +Suraj Gadage Have you checked my website? I am not sure that I am using automated Google translator and I have no option to block this because i am using script and url is not changing.
  • Suraj Gadage: +Saurabh Rawat ;I didn't get a chance to look at the website when I was commenting before.

I looked at the website and it appears that website text gets translated but it doesn't get indexed. So no need to worry about blocking it. However, I would still suggest avoid using automated translations as they can be inaccurate (considering user experience). If your business is international and want to target different countries then create country specific content and optimize it for international SEO.
