Same services but web content are different

  I have two websites.
  
  1. http://paradisegold.in
  2. http://www.paradisesanitaryware.com
  
  Both these website has same design structure, same codding, offers same services but web content are different and unique.
  
  So my question is how it will impact on SEO?
  
  Is Google allow for Good ranking of my second site that copy from original?

  If your website contains any type of duplicate content, it will be negetive impact. It's important to ensure all your content is unique. Thanks

  Keyword ranking depends on quality links, trust matrics, engagement and traffic matrics, content relevancy, and many more.
  For check your website Link status, you can go webmaster tool > Links to your site > and check your link quality, relevancy, and number of referring domain. Implement all aspects to your both of websites and wait for few weeks more. Thanks

  Dave Elliott: If the content is unique then there isnt a duplication issue. My question is if you have two sites offering the same services then why not just have one site?
  
  Presumably they are trageting similar keywords and obtaining links etc. from similar sources? If so then cannabilisation is likely to occur and you are simply creating another competitor in your niche!

  Dave Elliott: Also a few reasons why you arent ranking:
  
  The home pages; they dont actually mention words like bathroom, toilet, washbasin.
  
  Your product page. Create a page per category and add descriptions of the ranges. It is really unlikely that the page will rank for anything useful.

  Kuldeep Sharma: +Dave Elliott​​​ Agree, on Page optimization of category, product, pages according to your keywords is beneficial. but it's more if you have one site (i prefer .in domain for local factor) and also it's best choice for your local keyword with low competitor and high search volume.

  we created new website because the old one is in spamming and blacklist of google.
  
  we working for only one website, the 2nd one.
  
  but we not able to rank for it.

  Priya Sree: if you are create the site recently mean be cool because it takes some more month to ranking, but try to get backlink from high DA sites and post unique content in blog then sure you will get the rank
