Penalty Removal

Hi guys, I am stuck.... I have this client site that got a manual structured markup penalty and have deleted almost every markup that was causing errors or was irrelevant but the reconsideration request keeps getting denied... Anyone who has had luck with this kind of penalty removal???? Need some advice...

Paul Thompson: The two predominant reasons for these penalties are because you have 3rd-party reviews with markup, or because you have Schema markup for elements which aren`t actually visible on the page. Do either of those situations apply?
Jobin John: Paul Thompson Thanx for the support, I found it... The issue was that the product schema is against the Google guidelines for this particular websites niche. So, removed it and submitted it for reconsideration, hopefully should get the penalty renoved.
