My page is no longer in the first page

ugh! I did a blog post focusing on `bay area marketing tips` and in 24 hours it was #1! now two days later I can`t even find it on the first 10 pages. what is that all about?

JL Faverio: Ok now my blog post is back at #1 again. I`m going to learn from this pogosticking and add more value to the post so it stays! But just to make sure, how can I truly check if my post is #1 and not showing based on my location? (it even shows #1 with incagnito browser).
