Do H3 tags have any real value?

Does H3 tags have any real value? I seem to be doing fine with a single H1 and a few H2 tags per article. I tend to refrain from using H3 based on the difference in style, but I could just CSS it to match the H2.

Alan Bleiweiss: It really comes down to time, resource limitations, and priorities. While h3 is a valid structural tag for hierarchical organization, you could probably see more value by creating more evergreen pages if they are strong, topically unique and relevant to the site in most cases.
