Marking schema structured data

Hi, im marking schema structured data with the help of a plugin, but im still not sure what to write on the "article body" field. I thought i just have to copy the full text with the content of the article, but i´ve read somewhere that i should write instead a summary with only the h2, h3. Very dumb question but please could somebody help? thanks
