Low quality off-site content

Thanks for adding me! I am working on a website with some nice high quality content and blogs (written by the employees of the company). Now we are considering to let some articles/blogs be written by an Indian SEO-team. This content will be of lesser quality than the current content. Is it an option to publish all this content "off-side" (but of course linking to the website) to keep the content "on-side" high quality?
