  Jamin Rak: I consider my customer reviews for my business as a vital addition to my seo work. I'm furious that Google has been recently been removing some of my best reviews for no apparent reason. Does anyone here have any experience in dealing with this? Can I get then back? Is there a human at Google to reach out to?

  Indigo Racer Powersports: +Jamin Rak ; We had several great reviews over the years, it seems now there are only a few floating around. One of which isn't even a customer of ours that left a negative review that somehow landed on every site possible, none of the positive reviews got that much publicity. I would like to know how to get that removed. I tried calling a few of the sites directly but no one seems to help. The one negative review doesn't have a profile picture and no posts, I am wondering if it is a competitor trying to stir up trouble.

  Dave Elliott: yeah we have the same problem occasionally. It seems to occur more often than not when a few reviews come in all at once. I gave up trying to work out more than that, there doesn't seem much reason behind it.
