I`m struggling to get to the top for local search term

ok have a question the website i`m working on rankings are going up quite nicely on generic terms, some quite difficult ones. However a local term is struggling solicitors preston keeps hanging on position 43 and should be in the top ten. I was hoping for some suggestions and i am giving the site a bit of a refresh. the site is www dot phc-law dot com. i have a plan in place but not convinced I haven`t missed anything.

Greg Baka: Although there are multiple mentions of the word "Preston", there is little context as to where Preston is. Perhaps changing some of the lone Preston mentions to "Preston, Lancashire" or "Preston, England" or "Preston, UK" would help.
