Interlinking Keywords

Below is a screenshot of SERP 18 & 19 for a search term Internet Marketing Service at Faridabad , 2 pages are listed simultaneously.
1. it is good to show 2 important pages together for clicks? So just do SEO without trying to seperate them in SERP.
2. As I have targeted 1st page for internet marketing faridabad and 2nd page for emarketing consultant faridabad, will interlinking them with target keyword as anchor text will better their SERP positions. For emarketing consultant, the page is around 30th position.

Edwin Jonk: Personally I would try to be in the local pack. So I would focus more on the search in Google Maps. I tried https://www.google.co.in/?gws_rd=ssl#q=SEO+Faridabad&tbs=lf:1,lf_ui:2&tbm=lcl&start=0

And for some reason you are not ranking.
