  If you suspect those backlinks, especially all the gambling related ones, were built by someone trying to get backlinks for the site, and represent a flawed but deliberate intent to manipulate link popularity algorithms, then a disavow certainly won`t do any harm.
  
  However, so long as you have even a modicum of genuine and authentic citations, pages that have linked to your pages because they are useful and earned the citation, then those less desirable links you listed really won`t have much of an effect of any kind.
  
  The best and most foolproof method to improve a backlink profile is to gain more good, genuine links, especially if those are gained by your content, not by outreach and requests.
