Google PSI score for mobile devices

Hello Everyone. Is it attainable to have 90+ score on Google PSI for a WooCommerce based webshop? One of my client is very keen to increase the Google PSI score for mobile devices above 90 to which I told it is tough to do because of the several factors involved.She is now insisting on finding a person on upwork and figure a way out. Apparently, there are a couple of chaps who are claiming 95+ Google PSI score. What are your thoughts?

Tim Capper: Anything is possible BUT heavily dependant on the site, theme etc etc

No idea why they are chasing 90 to 95 - it wont help them rank any better
