How to create sitelinks on SERP

I guess it`s kind of the `noob` question, but... How to edit website SERP so it looks like that? Instead of each line separate, there is Homepage and underneath other pages? Any help will be appreciated!

Michael Martinez: Those are called sitelinks and you earn them by creating a large, well-organized Website. The search engine chooses what is listed there and it`s often content that is found in many queries.
