How mobile friendliness affect SEO?

Hi, All..


Can anyone tell me if the website testing on "google mobile-friendly test tool" found not mobile friendly and "pageinsights from google " found website is good.

1. Now I need to fix the mobile issue as per "google mobile-friendly test tool" or leave it as per "pageinsights from google " suggestion.

2. how it can affect the SEO?
