Google Search Console does not show main category pages

I work for a large e-commerce site and we use Google Search Console. However, I only get homepage traffic data and some individual product page data in the search analytics section. Google Search Console does not show main category pages like (mens, womens, sale, etc.) which is hard to believe since they are always in the top 5 organic traffic pages according to Google Analytics. I`ve never come across this problem, so I wanted to ask the community if anyone has experienced this with their search console and if so what did you do to fix it?
