Duplicated product descriptions from the manufacturer

Hey guys, thoughts on product descriptions being duplicated from the manufacturer? It seems a lot of competitors are doing this (see screenshot) so would it be worthwhile making them unique?

Tim Capper: I would always try and make it unique - Stand Out from the Crowd.

I would also try and make the product images unique too, instead of using the manufacturers stock images -again opportunity for image carousel win
Stockbridge Truslow: If you can beat the others with your price, then it probably won`t matter much. If you`ve got that $1499 one, getting your USP or other value you add could be the click maker.
