Data in GDS and GA are different

Recently I found the goal completion data in Google data studio sometimes fail to match the data in Google analytics when sampling happened.According to Data studio guide: Data Studio uses the same sampling behavior as Google Analytics.
So theoretically the data shouldn`t be different?
Is there anyone ever found your goal completion data in GDS and GA are different? Let me know about your experience. Thanks,
