Jim Munro: I am not an expert, +Neeraj Pandey, but I used to find that adding the alt tag to the logo image ;was almost-always useful.
Neeraj Pandey: +Jim Munro I understand it but every page analysis like we should give alt tag to every image in order to optimize the page, how long do you agree to this especially when you are not targeting image search or ranking
Jim Munro: alt tags are needed to provide an experience for non-sighted users. I think it's good housekeeping to do the job properly and hope that googlebot is trained to reward my diligence. :)
