Website schema and getting banned

Can anybody please advice me on the rating plugin? At end of the home page, i have placed two plugins. I am using the second one also for the different posts of the website and it works fine as the specific posts that received rating started showing the rating on google results. I was just wondering if i add the specific widget on the home page and with "Website" schema, will it not work fine without having any chance of getting banned?
