Some people are scraping my every new post

Some people scraping my every new post (complete post start to end) by RSS feed and at the end of the post just leaving a link with the anchor text "Source Link". It`s good or bad for SEO. How I can stop these guys.
Please your suggestions.

    You can also look for their IP address in your server log files and block it.

    You can also use queries like "how to read web server log files" to find more tutorials. Your Web hosting company may have a guide in their online documentation - you should look there first for specific details about your own hosting account`s server log files.
